Thank you for shopping at Mia's Select shop NYC.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us under the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached).

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at <mia@selectshopmia.com> within the return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the receipt or order confirmation, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item for the same product, please contact us at <mia@selectshopmia.com> with your order number and details about the product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at<mia@selectshopmia.com>with your order number and a photo/video of the item's condition. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
