Our son has reached the age of two.
He has been attending daycare since he was one, and his social development over the past year has been nothing short of amazing.
As new parents living in Boston, finding the right daycare was our first daunting task.
We quickly learned that we had to get on waitlists at least six months before we even hoped for him to start.
Fortunately, our son's spot at Solbe Learning School opened up, and we were thrilled.
His first social experience has been so wonderful that I decided to write this article to share it with other parents navigating the childcare search.
An Introduction to Solbe Learning School
Solbe Learning School is a distinctive educational establishment divided into two specialized campuses:
Solbe Nursery School: For Infant and Young Toddler classes.
Solbe Canopy School: For all older age groups.
This separation into specialized facilities allows for age-appropriate environments and programs.
To put it simply: our (occasionally spoiled) two-year-old now jumps up in the morning announcing that he's "going to school!" He picks out his own socks, happily heads for the front door, and literally runs to his classroom when we arrive.
And thanks to all the incredible teachers, his little friends, The chefs who cook the great meals, and the engaging activities, he doesn't want to leave when I come to pick him up in the afternoon.
